I was determined to NEVER buy from a certain company so I chose Hounds Of Eden. O. M. G. I am so glad I did! I had absolutely top class customer service. When I messaged to ask if I could shorten the lead on the Magenta Sky lead and I even had someone email me to make sure I had correctly measured the lead (I didn't) and I even had emails afterward to let me know that progress had started on my 'custom made' lead and it arrived VERY quickly. I brought this as the set. Am so glad I did it’s just beautiful having the full set matching. With this being velvet it’s a lovely to hold also.
