All items in the store display estimated delivery times. These delivery times are for UK residents ONLY. International destinations can expect an additional 10 working days in addition. If you are international and would like your items sooner, please consider the DHL option that is available at checkout.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your item arrives with you within the delivery time frame, we work with external engravers for our engraved items, from time to time there may be delays. These delays may particularly occur at busy times in the year, such as in the run-up to Christmas.

If your order contains items that are both Ready to Ship and Personalized, the later date in your shopping cart will apply to your entire order, all items will be shipped together once your entire order is complete. If you would like to receive the Ready to Ship items sooner, please ensure you place one order containing your Ready to Ship items, and a separate order for your personalized items.
